ACU Chair Al Cardenas to Speak at Maui TEA Party Event

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Alberto Cardenas, Chairman of the  American Conservative Union (ACU) will be the featured speaker at a Special Meeting hosted by TEA Party Maui at Grace Bible Church, 635 South Hina Avenue, Kahului on Friday, February 7th, 2014 starting at 5:30 PM.

Born in Cuba, 1948, Al Cardenas is a partner in the law firm of TEW Cardenas and a major contributor to the conservative movement in America. He has served as the Chair and Vice Chair of the Florida Republican Party, on the Board of Directors of the Federal National Mortgage Association, the President's Trade Policy Commission and on the boards of charitable organizations, colleges and universities.

Founded in 1964, the ACU is the oldest and largest grassroots conservative organization in the nation. Every year since 1973, ACU has proudly hosted the Conservative political Action Conference (CPAC).

Light refreshments will be provided by TEA Party Maui. Those of you who wish to bring your own favorite snacks to share with others are welcome to do so.
