Thank goodness for the cogent and thoughtful questions being asked, both pro and con, by members of the House Judiciary and Finance Committees....

There must always be people present to continue the "People's Filibuster", otherwise they will close the hearing....

We estimate that 10 thousand people were at the capitol yesterday to oppose Senate action.  In addition, rallies were held on Maui, the Big Island, Hilo and Kona....

Horner suggested that the BOE’s curriculum and civil rights compliance offices, with oversight by the Attorney General, would be the appropriate authorities to make these determinations....
