40th Annual March for Life Set for Saturday, January 26, 2013
News Release from Aloha Life Advocates
Aloha Life Advocates (Hawaii Right to Life), Hawaii Family Forum, Hawaii Catholic Conference and Respect Life Office are jointly sponsoring the 40th Annual March for Life rally at the State Capitol on Saturday, January 26, 2013, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The 2013 rally, themed, “A Clear Voice for Life!” is a family-friendly event and expects to again draw more than 1,000 supporters of all ages.
“It is important to recognize and to commemorate the lives that have been lost and the families affected by abortion over the decades..” said Deacon Kin Borja, President, Aloha Life Advocates. In addition, we want to come together as a family and as a community to celebrate life for all people—from conception to natural end. To this end, this 2013 March will be a celebration featuring local entertainers, fun activities and games, and guest speakers.
There will be face painting for the young at heart, children bowling, poster drawing contest, sign waving, and many giveaways. It’s all free and will be a fun day for the whole family.
