VII.     Executive Session:

Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. 925(a) and (5):

Consider and evaluate the role/performance of the Office of Elections and Chief ­ Elections Officer in preparing for, and conducting, the 2012 General Election and take action, if appropriate; and

Consult with the Commission's attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the board's powers, duties, privileges, immunities and liabilities.
