By News Release @ 5:34 PM :: 5621 Views :: Energy, Environment

A message from Tiffany Au, Candidate, State House HD 26: Downtown, Ward, Kaka'ako, McCully

Aloha!

The last day to mail-in your voter registration form is this Saturday, October 6. Since Monday, October 8th is Columbus Day, the United States Postal Service will not be open. If you try to mail-in your voter registration form on that day, the Office of Elections will consider your application was received after the due date. Voter registration walk-ins to Honolulu Hale (530 S. King St., Rm. 100 Honolulu, HI 96813-3077 ) will still be accepted through Monday, October 8.

There are about 23,000 people that live in district 26 but only a little over 4,000 residents voted during the Primary election in August! With such a small voter turnout, your vote truly counts! Please do your part by registering to vote and making sure your friends and family do the same! If you have moved, but never re-registered to vote in your new location, you will have to re-register to vote.
