From Hawaii Family Forum
Hawaii Family Forum is committed to standing firm on the issues of LIFE, FAMILY (especially natural marriage between one man and woman) and RELIGIOUS FREEDOM. We were established in 1998 by the vision of business leaders and pastors who had strongly believed that Christians in the State of Hawaii could unite to promote a biblical and moral foundation for government in Hawaii. And we have accomplished much since then.
Although we will not be changing how we do business in the community, we are making a structural change to personnel and we wanted to let you know about it.
Effective today, Eva Andrade will be assuming the duties of HFF’s Executive Director. As a full time staff member, Eva will take the lead on all internal and external communication efforts of Hawaii Family Forum in addition to all administrative and executive duties. As many of you know, she has been with Hawaii Family Forum since 2001.
Allen Cardines, will now assume the role of Program Director. He will continue to maintain that essential role of networking with pastors and churches and leading the way in the iVOTE Hawaii effort that reaches across denominational lines and political parties. He will also continue to help Hawaii Family Forum reach its goals and objectives out in the wider community.
We are so very proud of both of them for their ongoing commitment to Hawaii Family Forum.
The bottom line is that you probably won’t notice any difference in the great working relationship of the organization.
Finally, the FOODLAND/SACK N SAVE GIVE ALOHA campaign has extended the giving campaign one more day. That means you can still make a donation TODAY to Hawaii Family Forum when using your Maika'i card at checkout.
We thank each of you for your continued prayers and encouragement throughout the years. Some of you are new friends and many of you are old friends and we are looking forward to standing with you in the days to come.
Sincerely yours,
Francis Oda, President
