GOVERNOR LINDA LINGLE LAUNCHES HIGH-DEFINITION TIERED CABLE CHANNEL

News Release from www.Lingle2012.com

HONOLULU - Former Governor Linda Lingle, candidate for Hawaii's open U.S. Senate seat,  today launched LL12 HD, a high-definition tiered cable channel which mirrors the previously released LL12 (Ch 110). LL12 is now available as channel 1110 for Oceanic Time-Warner Digital Cable subscribers.

"Cable television viewers now have the opportunity to keep up with the important issues facing our state and nation, see their friends and families in an interactive slide-show and watch events around the state. Providing 'LL12' on the HD tier aligns with Governor Lingle's commitment to being accessible to the people of Hawaii on their own time, and at their convenience," said Deputy Campaign Manager and Communications Director Lenny Klompus.

"We are happy with the feedback and analysis that indicates the people of Hawaii have embraced 'LL12' as a new and innovative way to interact with Governor Lingle's U.S. Senate campaign. Along with Governor Lingle's campaign apps for Apple and Android devices, the new HD channel invites the people of Hawaii to engage on various platforms with the issues facing our state and our country in this once-in-a-generation election," said campaign manager Bob Lee.
