News Release from Nanakuli PTSA July 28, 2012

The Nanakuli High & Intermediate School (NHIS) – Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) will be hosting a “MEET THE CANDIDATES” Forum on Monday, July 30th, 2012; at the NHIS Multi-Purpose Bldg/Cafeteria from 6:30 - 9:00 pm.

This will be an opportunity for parents, the NHIS Community Ohana and Waianae Coastline residents to listen and hear what each candidate has to share in terms of their position on various critical issues or their stance on important government decisions that will impact the daily rituals and routines and perhaps affect the sustainable way of life for many voters who reside in the different Waianae Coast communities located from Kahe Point all the way to Kaena Point (Nanakuli to Makua).

This political forum will offer the Waianae Coast people a chance to meet the candidates who are seeking office for the following political district races:

*State House of Representative District #44 (Maili, Waianae, Makaha, Kaena Point)

*State House of Representative District #43 (Kalaeloa, Ko Olina, Nanakuli, Lualualei)

*City Council District #1 (Ewa Beach, Kapolei, Nanakuli, Maili, Waianae, Kaena Point)

We welcome and encourage all to attend!
