If you don't know what "al-Taqiyya" is you better find out right now:

Al-Islam encyclopedia:  The word "al-Taqiyya" literally means: "Concealing or disguising one's beliefs, convictions, ideas, feelings, opinions, and/or strategies at a time of eminent danger, whether now or later in time, to save oneself from physical and/or mental injury." A one-word translation would be "Dissimulation."

Hawaii State Legislators are being criticized by the vocal minority for their courageous decision to pass a resolution declaring September 24th, 2009 as Islam Day. This day is not an official holiday. There are no expenditures of any kind. It is just a day set aside to recognize the contributions of those who follow the faith of Islam.   (False.  It recognizes Islam itself.)

In comparison, this May is National Jewish Heritage Month (sic) (http://www.jewishheritage.gov/). This is fantastic because it serves to highlight the contributions of Jewish Americans. What is so outstanding is that even a .gov domain was purchased for this occasion. (He is thrilled because he thinks he has found an excuse for Islam Day and the .gov is icing on the cake.)

Trust me, I am not being sarcastic when I say that I applaud this effort. There are a lot of people out there that hold harsh feelings against Jewish Americans and so Jewish Americans are working hard to show their contributions to America.  

(Really why would this Islamist have to go out of his way to say this to his audience of his fellow Islamists?  It couldn't be because they are all a bunch of anti-Semites could it????  The words "trust me" are a dead giveaway.)

Muslim Americans are working hard to as well to show their contributions. There are now several grave markers in Arlington National Cemetery bearing the Islamic Crescent indicating the death of service members who were adherents to the Islamic faith and serving their nation. There are now several legislators at the local, state, and federal levels who are Muslim. There are Muslim newscasters, athletes, professors, doctors, engineers, teachers, fbi agents, secret service agents, law enforcement agents, police officers, fire fighters, coaches, cubmasters and scoutmasters, and other servants of the community.

Muslims are more and more visible today in the United States and we want so desperately to distance ourselves from the image of terrorism.   (Key word: "image")

(Nice try but "Jewish American Heritage Month" is specifically designed to honor the contributions of individuals of Jewish ethnicity rather than honoring the religion itself.  There is no "Judaism Month" nor is there a "Judaism Day" in Hawaii.  Thus the comparison with "Islam Day" is fraudulent reasoning and an insult to the intelligence of Hawaii voters.  The Hawaii Legislature has chosen to violate both the State and US constitution "establishment clause" for Islam.  As citizens we are given equal rights, not special rights for one religion over the others.  If you begin to see Jewish American Heritage Month used as an argument for Islam Day, then you will know exactly where the argument came from.  Moreover the IIO has failed to address the hidden September 11 connection to Islam Day.)
