LINDA LINGLE SENATE CAMPAIGN LAUNCHES INTERACTIVE PHOTO SCRAPBOOK ON DIGITAL CHANNEL 110

News Release from Lingle2012.com

HONOLULU - Governor Linda Lingle, candidate for Hawaii's open U.S. Senate seat, today launched an interactive photo gallery on LL12, Oceanic Time Warner digital cable channel 110.

The interactive digital channel moves the LL12 Channel another step forward by providing the people of Hawaii with an interactive photo scrapbook highlighting coverage of key events from the campaign trail.

"Hawaii residents and families are juggling the demands of everyday life, and no matter how much they want to, they are not able to attend every political event. As I have been traveling across the state and sharing important issues with voters, it became obvious to our team we could use our LL12 channel to share with them the many images along the campaign trail," said Governor Lingle.

Attendees at these key events can tune into the LL12 (Channel 110 on Oceanic Digital) to find their pictures taken statewide. LL12 will continue to provide on-demand information regarding Governor Lingle's campaign, allowing digital cable users the opportunity to navigate the channel with their interactive DVR remote.

"The photo scrapbook is another key component in our planned build-out of this innovative platform, which will continue to evolve throughout the course of the campaign. It's an important way to keep voters across the state informed and engaged about Governor Lingle's vision for Hawaii's future," said Lenny Klompus, the campaign's Deputy Campaign Manager and Communications Director.

Oceanic Time Warner Cable digital cable subscribers are encouraged to tune in to LL12 on digital channel 110. Non-digital subscribers should contact Oceanic Time Warner cable to learn to gain access to digital services.
