Deedy Case: Redacted Text of Motion for Dismissal

Circuit Court Judge Karen Ahn in July will consider defense motion for dismissal of state charges against Federal Agent Christopher Deedy in the Waikiki APEC shooting of Kailua resident Kolin Elderts.  Meanwhile Judge Ahn—at the request of prosecutors--has sealed videos and other evidence she believes might be prejudicial to the hearing or to potential jurors.  Ahn Thursday released a heavily redacted copy of the defense motion for dismissal.  Here it is:
