Message to Hawaii Republicans:    January 24, 2012

On Saturday, January 21, 2012, the Hawaii Republican Party's State Committee elected Ted Liu as our new National Committeeman. Ted will fill the remainder of outgoing National Commiteeman Brennon Morioka who resigned in December. We are proud to have Ted serving in this position, and we look forward to the experience that he brings to the table.

Ted has years of success as a business man, an attorney, and most recently as the Director of the Hawaii State Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism. Ted will be a valuable resource as we move into the 2012 election cycle.

This November, each of us will have the opportunity to bring balance and good governance to our state. As we move closer to the election, we want to alert you to some important events where we need you to show your support for Hawaii Republicans.

  • District Caucuses - January-February (click here for more information)
  • Steve Forbes Luncheon (Fundraiser for Lingle 2012) - January 31st
  • Presidential Caucuses - March 13th (Click here for locations)
  • Lincoln Day Dinner (Fundraiser for the Hawaii Republican Party) - April 20th
  • State Convention - Oahu - May 11th-12th

For more information regarding the Steve Forbes Luncheon, please contact Kari Hofer at kari@Lingle2012.com. For all other events, contact Trent Johnson at trent@gophawaii.com. Information will be updated periodically at gophawaii.com.

You can also show your support for the Hawaii Republican Party by donating $25, $100, or $500 by clicking here today.

Again, we want to congratulate Ted Liu in his new position as National Committeeman! We look forward to working all of you at the exciting events that the Party has planned.

Mahalo,

David S. Chang
