HONOLULU - Two women claim Hawaii unconstitutionally denies them the right to marry, in violation of Attorney General Eric Holder's February letter to Congress stating that Section 3 of the Defense of Marriage Act "is unconstitutional as applied to same-sex couples married under state law".
