239,737 votes are counted on First Read – 28.3% of the 846,543 total registered voters in Hawaii.

245,454 votes are counted on Second Read – 29.0% of the 846,543 total registered voters in Hawaii.

Additional reads will slightly increase this number.  Meanwhile, some interesting races are being decided in today’s very low turnout Primary Election.
