Hawai'i Free Press: A Million Hits A Month

This Site Analytics report shows that Hawai`i Free Press has surpassed 1 million hits a month every month this year.

All those readers are spending more time on Hawai'i Free Press than some other Hawaii news sites. For part of July, readers averaged over 15 minutes on HawaiiFreePress.com. This is a measure of how much time readers are putting into reading the articles. In this "Time on Site" chart, HawaiiFreePress.com is represented by a blue line which is easy to spot because it is on top:

The 12 month average of these "uniques" is up 60% from the average for last year (with Drudge factored out). In the period ending August, 2010 "unique visitors" ran between 16,000 and 28,000 with 111,000 in December, 2009 when the Drudge Report linked to one of our articles.
