There are 3 bills that are alive that were sent to their respective chamber floor for final reading today.  Sending this out quickly so you know what is going on.

HB1308 HD3 Relating to Sports Betting

STATUS:  Passed Third Reading.  Please note the excellent floor speech by Rep. Andrew Garrett!  I will post the final vote when the legislative website is updated.

HB1118 Relating to Vaccinations

The bill was RECOMMITTED to the JDC committee. It is dead for this session.

The voice of the community is the real winner. Over 2,000 pieces of opposition was submitted from many of you.

SB350 Amending the Hawaii Constitution to include access to contraceptives.
