More Cabinet Confirmations; House Filling Time

The Senate continued to confirm cabinet positions for the new administration while the House has been filling time with miscellaneous bills. The real focus among House Republicans - a Republican-only reconciliation bill or bills - remains largely behind the scenes. Another possible government shutdown is now five weeks away.
