Feb 17, 2024

A hearing for SB3196 has been scheduled for February 23rd at 9 am.

UPDATE: The committee(s) on JDC deferred the measure until Tuesday, 02-27-24 9:33AM; Conference Room 016.

If passed, this bill will destroy not only the right to bear arms but many businesses and related industries as well. Everyone's help is needed to save our industry and protect the Second Amendment that fuels much of it.

We need people to submit testimony on the bill before the hearing.  Even if you sumbited on the last hearing, it needs to be done again.

This can be done by going to the capital website, making an account, and submitting testimony. Here's a link to the bill https://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/session/measure_indiv.aspx...

People should also call their state senators and committee members.

This means that even if the rifle is featureless, it is still prohibited.
