Hearing Set for Honolulu PD Concealed Carry Rules

The Honolulu Police Department is holding a public hearing for input on its new concealed carry policies/procedures due to significant law changes in Hawaii.
The in person hearing will be held on January 9. Public input can be given before this date in writing. You may also attend the public hearing in person and give oral testimony.
