Some of the issues being tracked include:
(1) Wealth tax, proposed simultaneously in seven states including Hawai'i; and
(2) Passthru workaround, which already has been adopted in several states to alleviate the federal $10,000 cap on deducting state tax, when the tax is from a partnership or S corporation.
