Honolulu Non-Profit Relief Program application portal will stop accepting applications on February 6

News Release from Office of the Mayor, Jan 31, 2023

HONOLULU – Mayor Rick Blangiardi today announced that the deadline for submissions for relief through the Non-Profit Relief Program is set for Monday, February 6, 2023 at 11:30 p.m. HST. At that time, the application portal will no longer accept digital applications. Applications submitted through email are not permitted with this program, and will not be accepted.

The Non-Profit Relief Program has been accepting applications for relief since December 21, 2022. A total fund of $30 million in relief funding is available for non-profit organizations that have been adversely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. On February 6, the application window for the first tranche of funding will close. The first tranche of funding is approximately $15 million.

The second tranche of funding (approximately $10 million) is expected to begin accepting applications in February 2023, and the application portal will be open through March 2023. The third and final tranche of funding (approximately $5 million) is planned to begin accepting applications in April of 2023. Further updates on eligibility for this relief funding will be announced shortly.

Non-profits may visit www.oneoahu.org/nonprofitreliefprogram for more information. To receive email updates for further non-profit funding opportunities, please click here.
