Primary Election Challenges Rapidly Rejected by State Supreme Court

Here is a rundown on Primary Election challenges being disposed of by the State Supreme Court.  Two are 'normal', the rest are not:

August 29, 2022  S.Ct  SCEC-22-0000500 [ADA]  Lam v. State of Hawai‘i Office of Elections (Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Judgment). -- Requesting a manual recount of the ballots cast in the Republican Primary Election for the Senate District 24

September 6, 2022  S.Ct  SCEC-22-0000513 [ADA]  Oquendo v. State of Hawai‘i, Office of Elections (Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Judgment).  Original Proceeding  -- Lost HD45 Republican Primary by 8 votes.

August 29, 2022  S.Ct  SCEC-22-0000508 [ADA]  Kim v. State of Hawai‘i Office of Elections (Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Judgment). -- Claims Election Office “improperly transferring 99% of his votes to Lieutenant Governor Josh Green”.

September 6, 2022  S.Ct  SCEC-22-0000515 [ADA]  Cushnie v. State of Hawai‘i – Chief Election Officer (Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Judgment).  Original Proceeding--"seeking an order halting the certification of the 2022 Primary Election results"

September 6, 2022  S.Ct  SCEC-22-0000518 [ADA]  Penn v. State of Hawai‘i, Office of Elections (Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Judgment).Original Proceeding--“Penn asserts inaccurate reporting, violations of House Bill No. 452 in the 2013 Legislative Session (relating to election fraud), ballot irregularities, inadequate ballot security, and voter discrimination and suppression….”

Remove Republican Party from Ballot

August 26, 2022  S.Ct  SCEC-22-0000498 [ADA]  Decker IV v. State of Hawai‘i Office of Elections (Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Judgment). -- Plaintiff asserts that the Hawaii Republican Party “should not have been placed on the 2022 Primary ballot, and should have been disqualified as an active party that is not in compliance and is not in good standing as a ‘Party.’”  (NOTE: Dan Decker, National Committee Chair and US Senate Candidate of the Aloha Aina Party, makes nearly identical claims as the Dicks suit below.  This implies coordination.)

August 22, 2022  S.Ct  SCEC-22-0000490 [ADA]  Dicks v. State of Hawai‘i Office of Elections (Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Judgment).  --  Plaintiffs assert that the Hawaii Republican Party “should not have been placed on the 2022 Primary ballot, and should have been disqualified as an active party that is not in compliance and is not in good standing as a ‘Party.’”  (NOTE:  Failed plaintiff Karl Dicks is a member of the Hawaii Republican State Committee and District 46 Chair.  Will he be expelled from the Republican Party for seeking its removal from the ballot?)
