From GLBT Caucus of the Democratic Party of Hawaii July 7 endorsement posted on Abercrombie’s campaign website:

"It took brave political leaders to dismantle laws outlawing slavery…. Neil Abercrombie is the only candidate who shows that kind of brave leadership.”

Read that again very slowly.  And then visualize what the media would do if a Republican candidate had a statement like this on his website for three months.
