DIAMOND GARCIA CALLS OUT THE HAWAII DOE FOR PROMOTING A BOOK CONTAINING ANIMATED PORNOGRAPHY TO STUDENTS ACROSS THE STATE

Honolulu, HI - Hawaii Republican Party Vice Chairman Diamond Garcia, is calling out the Department of Education and State leaders for allowing and promoting the book "Gender Queer" which contains animated pornography, to students across our state.

"This is absolutely disgusting and has no place in our public school libraries," said Garcia. "On the national front we see the push of the LGBTQ+ agenda on students, with parents unaware of what their children are being exposed to. This has no place in Hawaii! It is the job of parents, not the Department of Education to teach and/or expose students to sexuality and sexual preference. I am calling on the Department of Education and State leaders to see that this book be pulled off the shelves of all Hawaii DOE libraries immediately!", Garcia concluded.

Garcia is a community leader of the west-side of Oahu and currently serves as the Vice Chairman of candidate recruitment and training for the Hawaii Republican Party.
