Naturally she withheld this magnificent announcement until encountering an amateur videographer on a Washington, DC street corner. 

As the Hawaii GOP pointed out in a news release today:

In both 2002 and 2006, when running for Hawaii’s 2nd Congressional District, Colleen Hanabusa made an issue out of district residency, attacking opponents Ed Case, Matt Matsunaga and Mazie Hirono for not living in the district.

Colleen is the best spokesperson for the importance of living in the district.  So it makes sense that, according to our video, she has agreed to move into Hawaii’s 1st Congressional district.
