Influencing our culture for life: Vatican leader to speak on Oahu, Maui

Hawaii Right to Life, in partnership with Pearson Foundation of Hawaii, invites you to a special pro-life presentation and charity benefit featuring the Reverend Monsignor Ignacio Barreiro Carámbula, Chaplain of His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI.

Admission is free, and a calabash offering will be taken, proceeds benefiting Hawaii Right to Life and Pearson Foundation of Hawaii, which operates pregnancy resource centers on O‘ahu and Maui. Join us for any of these events, which are open to the public, and bring a friend!

  • October 22, St. Ann’s Church, Kaneohe - pupus 5:30, program 6:30 pm

  • October 26, St. Anthony Church, Wailuku - pupus 5:30, program 6:30 pm

  • October 27, Chaminade University Mystic Rose Chapel, Honolulu - 12:00 pm

  • October 29, St. Joseph Church, Waipahu - pupus 5:30, program 6:30 pm

Noted theologian, author, attorney, and Vatican scholar Msgr. Barreiro will speak about life issues in today’s society. As chaplain to His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI and interim director of Human Life International, he has valuable insights to share about human life and dignity. His global ministry within the Holy See, as a former U.N. representative, having served along side the Missionaries of Charity of Mother Theresa of Calcutta, and with many others gives him a unique perspective on positively influencing our culture for life.
