SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit agreed with military service member families that their claims against Ohana Military Communities and Forest Residential Communities relating to a housing project on Marine Corps Base Hawaii must be remanded to state court.
The families claim tenants were never informed of the defendants’ plan to manage pesticide contamination on base and were never even told of such contamination.
