As Legislature considers override of HB444: Republicans push candidate recruitment
By News Release @ 9:28 PM :: 7145 Views :: Energy, Environment

From www.HawaiiGOP.com

There are only 27 days left for candidates to file their papers with the Office of Election and make their candidacy official.  HRP Headquarters has been overwhelmed with the response from potential Republican candidates and their campaigns. But there are still Democrats who are running unopposed.  We need your help to recruit leaders to stand up against Democrats, union bosses, skyrocketing tax hikes and explosion of government spending.

Charles Djou's victory in May showed the nation that Republicans are alive and well Hawaii.  Our single page, valued-based platform defines and unifies us the Republican values of Liberty, Limited Government, Individual Responsibility, Fiscal Accountability and Equality of Opportunity.  Now is the time to take action and 2010 is the beginning of a real revolution!

We need each of you to find leaders who will consider running for elected office this election year.  Below are districts that have no Republican to stand up for for our values.  Perhaps you know a neighbor, a teacher or family member?  Perhaps you yourself are the right choice.  Either way, we'd like to hear from you.  Call Party Headquarters at (808) 593-8180 and let us know your name and which district you are interested in which you are interested in running.  I would be happy to talk to you more about what it takes to run a successful campaign or answer any questions you may have.

Mahalo,

Dylan Nonaka
