Hawaii: Legislation Filed Prohibiting Possession of Firearms and Ammunition in Hotel Rooms
From NRA-ILA, JANUARY 18, 2019
This week, the Hawaii Legislature convened for the 2019 session and anti-gun forces are already making attempts to limit your rights.
House Bill 25, sponsored by Tom Brower (D-22), would make it a crime to possess firearms and/or ammunition in hotel rooms. This blanket ban will impact Hawaii residents and visitors alike who are lawfully traveling with firearms, including hunters and recreational shooters.
HB 25 is pending a committee referral at this time.
