Aloha,

The Hawaii Campaign Spending Commission (“Commission”) would appreciate your opinion and a few short minutes of your time to help evaluate the effectiveness of Commission operations and communications for fiscal year 2018 (i.e., July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018) as well as provide us with any feedback in areas that we administer and regulate.

Our web-based survey is easy to use and takes about 5-10 minutes to complete. You will be asked questions about your relationship with the Commission or background information, communication with or access to the Commission, education and training provided by the Commission, compliance and enforcement information, public funding, and other general matters. The results of the survey will be reported in the aggregate form and you will remain anonymous. We intend to publicly release our findings.
