Happy Easter and Happy Passover to all those who celebrate it! There is plenty to report on from the Capitol. Second Crossover is one week away! There are over 180 Senate Bills awaiting a hearing and they could be heard at any time this week. If you have been following legislation, feel free to reach out to our offices to give us a heads up.

Here is an ***UPDATE!*** to the bills introduced by members of our Republican Caucus that crossed over to the Senate:

HB 1602 - RELATING TO OPIOIDS

Requires that persons who sell opioid drugs must also provide a label warning of the risks of addiction and death.

HD2 was referred to CPH and passed with amendments. It is awaiting second and third reading.
