DJOU SPEAKS TO THOUSANDS OF VOTERS TONIGHT

The momentum for Charles Djou’s campaign continues as thousands of supporters heard Charles' message of fiscal responsibility and job creation during a live “Tele Talk Story” event tonight.  Harnessing the latest technology this evening, voters were able to talk live with Charles about his message and pose questions about issues important to them and their families.

“My campaign has been based on a conversation with voters and tonight’s live Talk Story was a great way to reach thousands of voters in the span of one hour,” said Djou.  “Questions from voters relating to their tax burden being too high, worrying about their job security and runway government spending are the issues I have based my campaign on and will tackle on my first day in Congress if I am fortunate enough to be elected on May 22nd.”

“My campaign is about fresh new ideas and our ability to communicate those ideas with voters through new mediums has been a cornerstone of our campaign,” said Djou.  “I have always believed that an open, transparent and accessible government is necessary to serve the people's best interests and as technology develops, I will take advantage if it allowing me to reach voters.

The live Talk Story event embraced by the Djou campaign falls within their new media strategy that has enabled them to communicate directly with thousands of voters throughout the district through digital means.  The results of their strategy have resulted in 4008 fans on Facebook, 9 times more than Ed Case and 5 times more than Colleen Hanabusa.
