Voters in Hawaii’s first congressional district have received their ballots for the special election.  As the only candidate who lives in the district and can vote in the upcoming election, Charles Djou and his family mailed in their ballots in Honolulu this weekend.

Also this weekend, the Honolulu Advertiser released a poll showing that Djou’s message of “lower taxes, limited government and fiscal responsibility is resonating” throughout the district.  Here is just a sampling of recent headlines on the race:
