Kona Tea Party April 15th Tax Day Rally Planning Meeting

Several dozen persons attended the Kona Vistas Planning meeting. While dozens of flags surrounded the premises, the meeting opened with a prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance to the honored flag that was sent by a Marine Lt.Col in Iraq a week before he was killed.

There was a long and spirited discussion about the signature April 15th Tax Day Kona Tea Party assembly along the Queen K Highway south of the Henry Street intersection , fronting the Latter Day Saints Temple . Creative ideas for relevant signs and posters were proposed.

A Kona Tea Party member volunteered to create a video of the Apr. 15th event and then work with other Kona Tea Party members who are video taping, to collect and combine all for a nice professional edit of our rally which will then be posted on YouTube and distributed to local Hawaii media and to Tea Parties across America .

The April 15th Tax Day Tea Party is now planned to take place

Thursday – 4/15 – from 12 Noon until 5 or 6 PM

The location : fronting the Mormon Temple on Queen K

Bring drinking water, sun protection (hats, sunscreen, sun glasses) perhaps folding chairs, and umbrellas (just in case!) Bring your own signs of course.

We of the Kona Tea Party would like to ask you to most DEFINITELY COME on April 15th !

Plan on it ! Prioritize it !

Also , please recruit any and all whom you know that might be interested and able to attend.

We have a goal of seeing 200 Plus people along the Queen K Hwy on this day . We have a goal of demonstrating this strength nationwide. Be a part of this !
