What is late registration?

Late registration allows qualified Hawaii residents, one final opportunity to register for the upcoming 2016 General Election

How do I get registered?

Visit any Early Walk-In Location within your county from Tuesday, October 25 – Saturday, November 5

Who can register at Early Walk-In Locations?

To register to vote, you must be:

    • A U.S. Citizen--Non-U.S. citizens, including U.S. nationals do not qualify
    • A resident of the State of Hawaii--The residence stated by the applicant cannot simply be because of their presence in the State, but that the residence was acquired with the intent to make Hawaii the person’s legal residence with all the accompanying obligations therein.
    • At least (18) years of age
