You’re invited to participate with the 2015-2016 Honolulu Charter Commission in shaping Oahu’s future. The Commission will study and review the operation of City government. The Commission may propose amendments to the Honolulu City Charter which, as the City’s ”constitution,” lays out the foundation, structure, and operations of city government.
