Hawaii Family Forum calls for action: Senate to hear HB444 Gay Civil Unions Friday

THE SENATE IS READY TO PASS HB 444 SD1 ON FRIDAY, JANUARY 22

(SENATE GALLERY OPENS AT 11:30 AM)

WE NEED YOUR ACTION AND COMMITMENT NOW!

We understand that you are all very busy and we truly appreciate all of you who took the time out of your schedules to join us at the rally on Sunday, but we really need your help...

  1. Sign up by emailing Dennis Arakaki to attend the legislative session on Thursday (tomorrow), January 21.  The Senate Gallery opens at 11:30 a.m. and Noon for the House Gallery.

  2. Sign up by emailing Dennis Arakaki to attend the legislative session on Friday, January 22. (Gallery times are the same as above)

  3. If you come to the capitol, we ask that you PLEASE WEAR WHITE.  We will provide the iVOTE stickers and buttons.  

  4. Sign up to volunteer to pass out flyers on Thursday (tomorrow), January 21, 2010 and Friday, January 22, 2010.

  5. Sign up to visit House and Senate legislative offices.  We will meet in front of Senator Gabbard's office (room 201) on the second floor at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday and 9:00 a.m. on Friday.

  6. Reproduce the flyer on the January 17, 2010 rally (CLICK FOR LINK).  We ask that you distribute this flyer widely within your church communities.  If possible, please put it in your church bulletins.

IT IS VERY CRUCIAL AND URGENT THAT THE FAITHFUL ACT ON THESE IMPORTANT TASKS!  PLEASE PRAY THAT PEOPLE WILL BE CALLED TO THE HARVEST!
