Read the Order Allowing the Inspection of the Native Hawaiian Roll

Earlier this month, Grassroot Institute and Judicial Watch scored a victory for transparency when a state court ruled that the Native Hawaiian Roll Commission must release its enrollment list.

This was an important decision for the many Native Hawaiians who may have been added to the list without their knowledge or consent as well as for those who have serious concerns about the way that the list was compiled.

Below, you’ll find the official order from the Honorable Jeannette Castagnetti ordering the NHRC to disclose the list.
