UNITED STATES SENATOR JEFF FLAKE TO KEYNOTE ANNUAL LINCOLN DINNER TONIGHT AT KO’OLAU BALLROOMS
News Release from Hawaii Republican Party February 19, 2015
What: 500 Republicans will gather for the Annual Lincoln Dinner, a fundraiser for the Republican Party of Hawaii, to hear a keynote speech from United States Senator Jeff Flake (R-AZ). The Senator will discuss some of the most pressing issues in Congress, ranging from immigration to trans-pacific partnerships and more. Senator Flake is a member of the Foreign Relations Committee, of which he serves on the Subcommittee on East Asian and Pacific Affairs; the Energy and Natural Resources Committee; and the Judiciary Committee.
“With Hawaii’s all-Democrat Congressional delegation taking a back seat in the Republican controlled congress, we’re honored to give the people of Hawaii a chance to hear from a sitting United States Senator in the majority Party. Senator Flake’s insight from key positions on the Energy and Natural Resources Committee and the Subcommittee on East Asian and Pacific Affairs Subcommittee are important as Hawaii deals with highest-in-the-nation energy prices and proposed drawbacks in local bases,” said Pat Saiki, State Chair of the Republican Party of Hawaii.
When: TONIGHT - 7:00 p.m., Thursday, February 19, 2015 (Senator Flake will speak after dinner at approximately 8:00 p.m.)
Where: Ko’olau Ballrooms, 45-550 Kionaole Rd, Kaneohe, HI 96744
