Empower Windward: Neighborhood Board Election 2015 Workshop

Kailua – On Tuesday, January 20, 2015, the Neighborhood Commission Office (NCO) will host "Empower Windward," a workshop on civic engagement, the Neighborhood Board system, and Neighborhood Board Elections 2015.  The workshop will take place from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Kailua District Park, Multipurpose Room, 21 South Kainalu Drive.  The public is encouraged to attend.

"Empower Windward" will be an opportunity for community stakeholders to gain insight on how the Neighborhood Board system leverages individual voices into collaborative improvement of our communities.  Information regarding the upcoming 2015 Neighborhood Board elections will also be distributed as we are currently in our candidate registration filing period.
