YOUR HELP IS NEEDED! - HELP SAVE HAWAI`I’S CEDED LANDS!

From FreeHawaii.info June 20, 2014

We want to alert you to an extremely urgent situation.

Please forward this to every Hawaiian and our supporters.

By now, you may have heard that US Department of Interior hearings will be starting in Hawai`i this coming Monday. They will be going to all islands to gather public testimony that will justify the taking of Hawaiian “so-called ceded lands”.

IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FOR EVERYONE TO ATTEND & TELL THEM -- “NO! I AM AGAINST THE PROPOSED ADMINISTRATIVE RULE CHANGE.”

Who Is Behind These Proposed Changes -

For the last two years, OHA, the Danners and the CNHA, Kamaki Kanahele and the SCHAA and John Waihe`e Sr. have been secretly lobbying the Obama administration hard to drastically change the playing field for Hawaiians with respect to entitlements and the ceded lands.

What They Hope To Achieve -

The changes they are proposing on the surface may sound harmless. They are not.

The group of individuals mentioned above are proposing to the US Dept. of Interior an updating of the rules and regulations to the US congressional 1920 Hawaiian Homes Commission Act.

If done, this would be a disaster for all Hawaiians.

OHA, the Danners and the CNHA, Kamaki Kanahele and the SCHAA and John Waihe`e Sr. are very slyly proposing to the DOI to transfer all rights from Hawaiian homesteaders to themselves as well as control of the “so-called ceded lands” and all other Hawaiian assets.

The changes they are proposing to DOI would replace - i.e. update - the rules and regulations of the 1920 Act.

What This Will Do

It means that OHA, the Danners and the SCHAA would end up with control of all Hawaiian homestead lands, the ceded lands and other assets which would give them the power and resources to control and run a Native Hawaiian Government.

They would then be in the driver's seat in any US federally recognized “Native Hawaiian Governing Entity.” Finally it means that they would then have the power to negotiate away forever all of the ceded lands. See former US Representative Abercrombie’s address to Congress re: “It’s About The Land” – HERE

It Is Extremely Important That Everyone Shows Up To Tell DOI “NO! I am against the proposed administrative rule change.”

Here is is the most important information we can convey to you -

DOI hearings are run very strictly with very little time for each person to testify. If you speak off point, they will turn your mic off and escort you out of the hearing room. It is critical that you do only the following in your testimony at the DOI hearings.

DO -

When you testify, the first words out of your mouth should be “NO! I am against the proposed administrative rule change.” Thatʻs really all you have to say. Only speak in English.

DONʻT -

Donʻt recite your genealogy. Donʻt speak in Hawaiian. Donʻt demand independence. Donʻt shout or become agitated. Donʻt say anything other than the fact that you are against the proposed administrative rule change. Itʻs that simple.Only say “NO! I am against the proposed administrative rule change.”

OHA, the Danners, the SCHAA and John Waihe`e Sr. are attempting to achieve what Inouye and Akaka could not in 10 years in the US Congress with the US federal Akaka bill.

Now is the time to step forward and put a stop to this current attempt to complete the theft of Hawaiian Kingdom lands once and for all.
