11th Annual Hawaii Charter School Conference
From Hawaii Public Charter School Movement Aug 15, 2013
How are educators and schools improving and innovating to be a school of the future? What skills do our children need to thrive in the fast-changing world? These questions and more will be discussed and explored at the 11th Annual Hawaii Charter Schools Conference.
This is the first year that Hawaii Public Charter Schools Network (HPCSN) is partnering with Hawaii Association of Independent Schools (HAIS), Hawaii State Department of Education (HIDOE), Hawaii Community Foundation (HCF) and Hawaii Society for Technology in Education (HSTE) to deliver a mutually beneficial conference event and how appropriate it is that our conference will exist under the 2013 Schools of the Future Conference umbrella. After all, charter schools have been critical in paving the way for project-based learning, online education, blended learning environments, language immersion, and other innovations in public education.
Parents, students, educators, administrators, and community leaders – join this collaborative event and be a part of a learning community focused on transforming schools for the 21st century.
