MN: … State investigators issued new subpoenas and conducted fresh interviews this week as part of an ongoing criminal investigation into the suspicious transfer of $35,000.

The Department of the Attorney General released the update Friday, marking the latest development in a probe that has kept local officials and the public on edge….

Officials refused to name the people under investigation or describe specific evidence….

The Attorney General’s office committed to providing biweekly updates on the matter to maintain transparency while the fact-gathering process continues.

The next scheduled update is set for March 27….

HNN: … EMS found five people passed out at bus stop. One was given Narcan to reverse the effects of opioids. The others had to be roused despite the pouring rain around them. All were suffering from the effects of hypothermia because their clothes were soaked and the wind was gusting.  The man who overdosed was treated and transported to the hospital. The others went with CORE to a shelter.  Zuckernick said the CORE unit has been operating 24 hours a day, since Thursday….

Just before 11:30 a.m. Friday, four people were spotted along the banks where the Manoa and Palolo streams meet in Moiliili….

Minutes later, one block away on Kapiolani Boulevard, another rescue unfolded. This time, multiple people were found trapped under a bridge, holding onto pillars to avoid the rising water…HFD pulled a dog up and over the bridge before hoisting it’s owner and the others. …
