Maui Council Aide Supports Hana Lynch Mob Attackers
Dear Editor, Sept 6, 2022
Your article about the thugs from Hana is very pilau. Your comments during the writing, even worst.
I have read things from your news reports before & thought “why would they say that, it just makes them lose credibility?”
That was the last straw! I’m done with you & your unprofessionalism.
Sincerely,
Mavis I. Medeiros

Real Journalists Would Cover up for Lynch Mob
Dear Editor, September 7, 2022
I must express my deep disappointment at your September 1st article, "Hate Crime Probation: Thugs Attempt to Kill Tourist in Front of Children, Are Honored as ‘Protectors’ by Court, Community."
This write-up displays a gross lack of journalistic integrity and investigative reporting. Your bias is apparent, and the topic is dreadfully under-researched.
Terming the incident a "lynch mob" for clickbait purposes is inaccurate and completely inappropriate. This manner of reporting contributes to a general distrust and lack of regard from the public.
I hope to see factual, unbiased reporting in the near future.
