Illegal Fireworks Profit ILWU Stevedores

Thank you for exposing all the local gov't corruption.
I've written letters to for HPD Chief Ballard, and attended my local Neighborhood Board Meetings to complain about aerial Bombs in our Ewa Beach neighborhood. Need to arrest those who sell these illegal fireworks. These are felony violations.
All to no avail.
These violations have been happening every night prior to Halloween.
This year its really got out of hand.
This couldn't happen without gov't corruption. It's coming to Hawaii via shipping containers. Corruption with shipping container inspectors. Law enforcement.
Stevedore workers likely the main distributors. So the big bosses at the ship yards are making a lot of money.
Why won't HPD have undercover officers buy the illegal bombs?
That would control what is happening They rather have neighbors testify against neighbors.
Surely a lot of corruption.
