Police: AntiVaxxers vs Chicken Fights

I have watched the illegal arrest on line at Kapiolani Park.  In Waianae residents have called over 1,000 times regarding the large groups of chicken fights that have been going on.  No mask, no social distancing, all illegal and run by convicted felons.  The HPD has not done anything.
