Honolulu, HI - Congressman Charles Djou issued the following statement after receiving the endorsement of Paychecks Hawaii:
"I'm honored to receive Paychecks Hawaii’s endorsement. Our economic future rests on small businesses. The federal government can help by providing the certainty that businesses depend on to make long-term strategic decisions, including hiring new employees."
Paychecks Hawaii, is the private, non-partisan, independent political action committee of Smart Business Hawaii.
Congressman Djou also toured Systemcenter, a local business that supplies furniture and space-saving equipment to increase efficiency and heard from employees there about their ideas and concerns, including the fear that small businesses and their employees will be hit with the largest tax increase in history next year unless Congress acts soon.
