Djou: Hanabusa 'Out of Touch' on Economy
By Rep Charles Djou @ 4:18 PM :: 5716 Views :: Energy, Environment

Our Opponent is Out of Touch on the Economy

News Release from www.Djou.com

We know that families are struggling. With unemployment still lingering at double its historic average and economic growth at less than half of what it should be, things are not headed in the right direction. That's why we need your help to turn things around for our state and nation.

But our opponent thinks that everything is going well. In a debate several days ago she actually argued that the main problem in the economy is public confidence and that if you would only have more confidence in your government, our economy would improve. This is a reflection of how out of touch our opponent is. You can watch her comments yourself here.

We cannot continue to do the same thing over and over again and expect a different result. We need your help today. Tomorrow is a critical finance deadline for our campaign. This finance report is what the political pundits will use to assess the viability of our campaign and our message. Please consider making a contribution of any amount today.

As you know, our opponent is well-connected to the political establishment. The special interests that control this State will do anything to retain power - even fire employees for refusing to work on our opponent's campaigns.

We need to change the direction of our state and nation, and start balancing our budgets, reduce the size of our government, and finally start growing our economy. But, we can only do it together.

We can win this race, but only with your help.

Aloha,

Team Djou

P.S. - Mahalo in advance for your donation of $25, $50 or any amount up to $2500 to help us meet the pressing September 30th finance deadline. We need your help now more than ever.
