Message from Hawaii Republican Party
Our hearts go out to all those affected by the tragic events that occurred in Oklahoma over the last 24 hours. Our thoughts, prayers, and aloha go out to the families that are mourning the loss of a loved one, the children, parents and faculty of the Plaza Towers Elementary, the first responders, and all those that have rallied to assist the rescue and recovery efforts.
We learned that the path of the tornado traveled directly through the hometown of Congressman Tom Cole. Congressman Cole has been a great friend to Hawaii. I had the pleasure of meeting Congressman Cole last year while he was out here helping Gov. Lingle's election effort. I am relieved to report that the Congressman, his family and staff are all safe, however the need for assistance is great and I am asking that we show Oklahoma our aloha spirit.
Below are several ways in which you can help the relief organizations in Oklahoma who are committed to meeting the needs of the victims.
