UPDATE Aug 6: HSTA has decided that Abercrombie's remarks at 5:30 in this video constitute an offer to enter binding arbitration. They have sent Abercrombie a letter "accepting" the offer. Of course, binding arbitration would result in HSTA receiving a better contract than the one Abercrombie has imposed which would then trigger the "most favored nation" clause in the HGEA contract as explained here: Four of a Kind: UPW, UHPA get big Fat Pay Raise—and HSTA suit could give one to HGEA.
